All orders are processed and shipping from SYDNEY, Australia and we aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. Additional delays may occur due to increased volume of orders and holiday periods. Rest assured we are working hard to get your orders dispatched in a timely manner. 

 

Christmas Shipping Time Frames 2020

Now more than ever, with COVID-19 affecting our delivery times with our courier partners, we have assigned a cut off date for each shipping service to ensure your loved ones can receive their presents before Christmas day.

Sending as early as you can, and by the dates advised, means that your parcels will have the best chance of arriving in time.

T&Cs: Due to the uncertainty of the volume that the post office will have to process during this holiday period and the resurgence of lockdowns in different areas of the country, there might be delays that can occur which will be out of our control. We are monitoring the situation closely, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Refunds requested due to the delays that are out of control will be handled and assessed by our customer service representatives by case to case basis.


EXPRESS DELIVERY:

Express Post delivery is not available to NZ.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, but may exceed this time during our busier seasons. Your delivery should arrive between 7-10 business days depending on your location. Regional areas can take up an additional 7 business days. 

Note: Orders placed on Fridays, Saturday and Sunday will not be processes until Monday.

*Any incorrect information within your order will delay processing time

**To ensure efficient processing and delivery, it is possible that we might combine orders that were placed days apart by the same customer that is going to the same shipping address.

*** Once your order has been placed, unfortunately, you can’t make any changes once you’ve completed the checkout process, since we send your order information directly to our warehouse system for a speedy delivery. If you wish to replace or exchange your items, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy Page

For International Orders ( Outside Australia )

All order are shipped from our SYDNEY, Australia warehouse, if you are outside of Australia you may be susceptible to customs fees. Custom fees are vary depending on the country and will be charged upon reaching the destination country.

You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required. Please research your countries laws to determine how much you will pay.


If you refuse to pay the fees and the order is shipped back to Royal Essence, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
